The next kind of product offering I think should be next is to turn my restaurant into a bar at night.
- Describe how this "next" thing will enhance your existing product/service offering. Does it improve the user experience, does it increase customer switching costs, does it foster customer loyalty, etc.?
This will enhance my current business because it will bring in more money from alcohol and it will spread the name of the restaurant around. Therefore, it will foster customer royalty.
- Go to Amazon and try to find a product that is similar to the one you want to offer next. Describe the product. Include a picture of the product.

I wouldn't change anything about this product because most customers seem to really like it.

I think that a lot of college kids are looking for a new place to drink at midtown and my restaurant could serve as a great bar too.

ReplyDeleteGreat post, I'd love to hear more about the restaurant but I know thats not what this post is about. Every restaurant in Gainesville could be used as a bar at night haha, there never a shortage of kids who want to drink! That Moscow mule mug is really cool, nice find! I don't think it would necessarily attract more people to the bar, but it would definitely be a cool extra little selling point. Maybe if a person bought a certain amount of drinks, they would get one of the mugs for free?
